For a touch of variety, we offer online shopping for unique finds and furnishings. Allow us to shop, select and recommend interior home goods, artwork and the perfect accessories based upon the look you desire.

Staging Consultation

Is your home "showcase" ready for the real estate market?  We take the guesswork out of home presentation during a comprehensive walk & talk consultation. We pinpoint the best features of your property, identify areas to improve — as well as positive features to enhance — in order to present a current, well-dressed and market-captivating home that appeals to potential buyers. 

$200.00 /2 hours

 

Staging

Our focus is on decorating your home for "buyer appeal," and presenting the best visual experience. Our team of stagers will work from a pre-agreed tailored plan that brings out the best architectural features, focal points and overall appearance of your home.

$150.00 /hour - 2-3 Stagers

 

Vacant Home Staging

Concentrating on the focal points of the property, our team will take the essential steps by introducing the minimal amount of furniture, art work and accessories needed to achieve a model home appearance for a successful sale. Monthly furniture rental fees will apply in addition to initial staging fee. 

Initial Staging Fee - Priced per job, based upon the scope of the project. 

 

Decorating

We eliminate the stress of decorating and decision-making by taking interior decor dilemmas off your hands. Whether you need assistance with furniture placement to best enhance a space… paint color guidance… or interior finishing touches that pull a room together and give it punch… we'll work together and customize a plan suited to your needs and budget.
